R1 is a C1-6 alkyl group; R2 is a group represented by the formula: —CO—NR′R″ wherein R′ and R″ form, to ether with the nitrogen atom bonded thereto, a nitrogen-containing heterocycle; X is a C1-6 alkyl group optionally substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of
(a) C1-6 alkoxy group optionally having a C1-6 alkoxy group, and(b) an aryloxy group; and ring A is
(1) triazole optionally further having substituent(s) selected from a C6-10 aryl group optionally having halogen atom(s),(2) imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, or(3) benzimidazole further having substituent(s) selected from the group consisting of a halogen atom and a C1-6 alkoxy group,or a salt thereof.
