The present invention relates to a group chatting of an instant messaging service. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for doing chatting in a chatting system including: a chatting server, a plurality of terminals in which an instant message application is installed individually, and a network mediating communications between the terminals and the chatting server. The method includes the following steps: opening a group chatting room; a first member selecting a certain dialog text; generating text selection information; receiving the text selection information and opening a new chatting room; and the chatting server transmitting the new chatting room. |
