<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem where a noise of a lower frequency than that of a transmission signal is difficult to remove by conventional methods.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device and a voltage monitoring system have a receiving circuit 1. The receiving circuit includes: an input stage circuit 10 that generates a first voltage VA and a second voltage VB that change in mutually opposite directions according to switching of the magnitude of a signal current; an adjustment circuit 12 that reduces a voltage difference between the first voltage VA and the second voltage VB by an adjustment current Iadj that is generated according to the voltage difference between the first voltage VA and the second voltage VB; and a comparator 15 that inverts the logic level of a reception signal DOUT on the basis of a magnitude relation between the first voltage VA and the second voltage VB.</p> |
