<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine heat resistance property and calcium chloride resistance property in a resin part to improve durability, in a resin pulley including the resin part formed integrally with a bearing.SOLUTION: A resin composition used in a resin part consists of a resin component of 50-80 wt.% and reinforcement fiber of 20-50 wt.%. Polyamide 410 constitutes 50 wt.% or more in the total amount of the resin component. Since the main component of the resin composition is polyamide 410 having heat resistance property and calcium chloride resistance property in good balance, a resin pulley has improved durability.</p> |
