The present invention relates to a nitrogen oxide measurement device of an SCR system for a ship measuring nitrogen oxide concentration discharged from an engine of a ship in accordance with exhaust gas regulations of a ship. More specifically, the present invention relates to a variable sampling system having a nitrogen oxide measurement sensor for a ship wherein a guide pipe where an opening and closing valve and a nitrogen oxide sensor are installed is provided to a portion of an exhaust pipe to determine whether or not the SCR system is operated in accordance with the measured concentration after the nitrogen oxide contained in the exhaust gas generated differently for each used fuel is measured and a portion of the exhaust gas is introduced to a guide pipe in accordance with opening and closing of the opening and closing valve to enable the variable sampling system to measure the nitrogen oxide concentration.
