The present invention relates to a damage monitoring system. The damage monitoring system comprises: a primitive data input module to receive primitive data from a user; a primitive data managing module to store the primitive data inputted by the primitive data input module in a primitive data database; a statistical data conversion module to convert the primitive data into statistical data capable of being compiled; a database including a primitive data database to store the primitive data, a code database to map a statistical index with a code and store the same, and a statistical database to store the statistical data; and a statistical module to analyze statistics based on data provided from the statistical database regarding a statistical query inputted from the user and to calculate a result. Therefore, the damage monitoring system receives damaged data regardless of file type, clears the damaged data and automatically forms the statistical data. Accordingly, a person in charge of community safety or a general user can easily calculate a damaged index by using a statistical algorithm.
