<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an attitude of a target by rotating the target on a vertical plane in such a state that the target is lifted. <P>SOLUTION: A guiding means 2 is provided on the surface of the target so as to be swollen from the surface. Both ends of the guiding means 2 is supported on the target. An attitude changing means 15 is provided so as to move along the guiding means 2. The target is lifted by the attitude changing means 15 through the guiding means 2.
