The present invention provides an image recording apparatus for a vehicle. The image recording apparatus for the vehicle comprises: a driving detection part; a plurality of sensor parts; a plurality of photographing parts; a control part; and a communication part. The driving detection part determines whether a vehicle driving part operates. The sensor parts are installed on a plurality of exterior positions of the vehicle to detect the quantity of motion when the speed of the vehicle is detected and detect the quantity of impact to the vehicle based on a changed quantity of the detected quantity of motion. The photographing parts are in connection with the sensor parts to receive an input of information regarding an image of the surroundings of the corresponding sensor part when the speed of the vehicle is detected. In a case where a total quantity of impact applied to each of the sensor parts exceeds a predetermined range compared to the quantity of impact in a normal state, the control part recognizes an abnormal state of the vehicle, determines the damaged part of the vehicle in accordance with quantities of impacts detected by each of the sensor parts and the ratio between the quantities of impacts, and collects information regarding an accident. The communication part transmits information regarding the accident to a user terminal which is set to communicate with the image recording apparatus for the vehicle. |
