According to the present invention, provided is a stacked ceramic capacitor and a mounting substrate thereof. The stacked ceramic capacitor comprises a terminal electrode coupled to both ends of a ceramic body including an external electrode which comprises: a front portion formed on a side surface of the longitudinal direction; and a band unit extended from the front portion to cover a part of a circumference surface. The terminal electrode comprises: an upper part horizontal unit coupled to the upper surface of the band unit; a lower part horizontal unit arranged on the lower part of the band unit; and a vertical support unit connecting an end of the upper part horizontal unit to an end of the lower part horizontal unit. The upper surface of the band unit and the upper part horizontal unit are coupled and connected to each other by a conductive adhesion layer.
