摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical stapling and a cutting device, having a junction type surgical end part effector for overcoming drawbacks.SOLUTION: A medical device comprises: a control handle having a junction joint actuator; a surgical end part effector; and a passive junction joint for connecting the end part effector to the control handle. In a non-operation state, the junction joint actuator holds the passive junction joint, and by the passive junction joint, the end part effector to a junction position which is substantially fixed. In an operation state, the passive junction joint is released to a free junction state, and the end part effector is freely connected to the control handle according to external force applied to the end part effector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
