PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus which enables a user to visually grasp attribute information and recognize the attribute information in multi-view.SOLUTION: A personnel information display device comprises a data acquisition unit 113 and an output control unit 114. The data acquisition unit 113 acquires a plurality of pieces of map information which are hierarchically associated with each other according to each map scale, and personnel information about personnel at a position on a map in map information according to a map scale of the map information.
