摘要 Provided are a touch-enabled organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display device comprises an encapsulation substrate (100) and an array substrate (200) arranged opposite thereto. A thin film transistor (21) and an organic light-emitting device are formed on the array substrate (200). A first electrode (27) and a second electrode (28) that are not in contact with each other are formed on the encapsulation substrate (100) and/or the array substrate (200). The first electrode (27) and the second electrode (28) are a driving electrode and an induction electrode respectively. The first electrode (27) and/or the second electrode (28) is made of materials comprising a topological insulator. The first electrode (27) and/or the second electrode (28) has a two-dimensional nano structure, and is adhered to the encapsulation substrate (100) and/or the array substrate (200) via an adhesive layer (40). The display device solves the problem that the resistance values of the first electrode and the second electrode in an existing liquid crystal display touch screen are too large.
