According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are an organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same. A thin film transistor comprising an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode is formed in a display region of a substrate. An anode comprises a plurality of conducting layers, and is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. A pad electrode is formed in a pad region of the substrate, and has a first pad electrode and a second pad electrode on the first pad electrode. A protective conducting layer is formed to cover a side surface of a second pad. The protective conducting layer is formed to cover the side surface of the second pad, and reduces corrosion of the second pad electrode. Therefore, provided are a pad unit with more improved reliability, and the organic light emitting display device including the pad unit. |
