PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular control device capable of obtaining the travel information of a vehicle appropriately even when an engine is emergency-stopped, and maintaining a steering unlocked if the vehicle is still travelling.SOLUTION: A vehicular control device 10, for use in performing control to switch over steering lock-unlock states of a vehicle, includes: a first vehicle speed information signal input part 11 for receiving a signal indicating vehicle speed information output from a vehicle speed detection system 20 that includes a pressure sensor signal reception part 21 and a vehicle speed information obtainment part 22; a second vehicle speed information signal input part 12 for receiving a signal indicating vehicle speed information from a source other than the vehicle speed detection system 20; and a control part 14 for performing control for switching over between switching or not switching an unlock state of the vehicle steering on the basis of the vehicle speed information indicated by the signal received by the first vehicle speed information signal input part 11 when the second vehicle speed information signal input part 12 no longer receives the signal indicating the vehicle speed information. |
