本发明提出一种槽钢成型工艺,属于钢铁材料轧制成型技术领域。本发明槽钢成型工艺包括:带钢输送进料→校平→微→局部加热→燕尾边成型→冷却→逐级辊压成→校直→下料。本发明的优点在于利用窄带钢制造槽钢时采用了局部加热和逐级连续辊压成型的工艺可获得带有燕尾槽边的槽钢,并可实现带钢输送和下料机构的同步运动。采用本发明工艺制造槽钢节约能源,生产效率高,生产的槽钢形状、尺寸精度高,承载能力强。

一种槽钢成型方法,其特征是:工艺流程为:带钢输送进料→校平→微压→局部加热→燕尾边成型→冷却→逐级冷弯成型→校直→下料;其中:微压工序后在带钢边缘两侧产生微弱塑性变形;经局部加热工序后的燕尾边成型工序,获得槽钢槽口处的燕尾槽边;逐级冷弯成型工序将带有燕尾边的带钢纵向辊弯成U型直角槽,然后将U型直角槽的顶部和侧部内弯成槽钢。
