PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping device for an intaglio printing machine by which semi-solid ink does not stay on a bottom of a cleaning liquid tank and ink and a cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank are appropriately discharged all the time.SOLUTION: A wiping device for an intaglio printing machine includes a wiping roll 3 to wipe ink of an intaglio cylinder 2, and a cleaning nozzle 5 to supply a cleaning liquid 9 to the wiping roll 3. The wiping device includes a cleaning liquid tank 8 having a storage part 12 for storing the ink washed out of the wiping roll 3 and the used cleaning liquid 9, and a liquid discharge port 13. The storage part 12 includes therein a first tank nozzle 32. The first tank nozzle 32 includes an agitation nozzle 32. The agitation nozzle 32 is disposed in the vicinity of the liquid discharge port 13, and sprays a liquid toward a bottom of the cleaning liquid tank 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
