PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve advertising effect of contents.SOLUTION: A distribution apparatus includes a distribution section. The distribution section distributes control information to a terminal device. The control information causes the terminal device to execute: a detection procedure for detecting a position of moving operation for moving a first content displayed by a terminal device; and a display procedure for displaying a second content on the first content, in an overlapping manner, on the basis of the position detected by the detection procedure. For example, the terminal device executes the display procedure to display an advertisement content to access a web page provided by an advertiser, as a second content, when selected by a user of the terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
