The present invention relates to a practice device for photographing blood vessels, capable of reducing time for photographing and minimizing radiation dose by increasing the accuracy during actual photographing. According to the present invention, the practice device for photographing blood vessels comprises: a first frame equipped with a first vertical bar and a first horizontal bar on the upper unit, and rotatably equipped with a mounting plate on the front end of the first horizontal bar; a vessel model for describing a vascular shape; a second frame equipped with a second vertical bar and a rotated second horizontal bar on the upper unit, and movably equipped with an arc bar on the front end of the second horizontal bar; a lamp means for irradiating light toward the vessel model; a detecting means for photographing the shade made by light irradiated from the lamp member; and a monitor electrically connected with the detecting means for displaying an image in real time.
