The present invention comprises a main fan and a multi-layer fan formed inside a housing in order to generate not only an ascending air current but also a descending air current using a single device. Moreover, the height of the main fan and the wind speed and an angle of the multi-layer fan can be controlled to provide air currents in various sizes and shapes. Moreover, a test bed having a test model can be moved to have reduced costs when compared with a method for moving a housing and be easily operated. Moreover, the housing is configured to comprise an upper housing, an intermediate housing, and a lower housing to enable the upper housing and the lower housing to be coupled to be used when the ascending air current is required to be generated and to enable the intermediate housing to be coupled between the upper housing and the lower housing to be used when the descending air current is required to be generated in order to prevent turbulence caused by changes in a cross-sectional area of the housing when the descending air current is generated.
