The invention relates to a feeding trough for birds in the form of a device used to store food and act as a food dosing component mainly for floor-reared or cage-reared birds which need to be fed continuously, efficiently, hygienically, safely and in a distributed manner, mainly during the period of initiation thereof, which begins on the first day of their life until approximately the twenty-first day, although it can be used for adult birds or other avian species, and for a longer period of time. To meet this need, the feeding trough according to the invention comprises: a branch clamp (100), a branched holding collar (200), a closure (300), a hopper (400) and a food-receiving plate (500) which is rectangular with round edges. |
