The present invention relates to a position control system and an apparatus for reducing resistance of an offshore structure including a ship, comprising an external force sensing unit sensing external force in a space where the offshore structure is positioned; an analyzing unit analyzing an influence of the external force to be applied to the offshore structure; a plurality of external force blocking units provided to be lifted and lowered so as to protrude from an upper portion of the offshore structure; and a control unit controlling the external force blocking units to be lifted and lowered uniformly or partially differentially on the upper portion of the offshore structure in consideration of the influence of the external force. In the resistance reducing apparatus and the offshore structure including the same according to the present invention, since blocking plates are installed to be lifted and lowered on side walls of the offshore structure and a wind load is prevented from being introduced and disturbed between upper facilities by lifting the blocking plates, thus maximizing efficiency of power controlling. Also, a direction and a speed of a wind load affecting the offshore structure are sensed by one or more spots and the blocking plates are controlled to be lifted and lowered, whereby reduction in resistance can be optimized according to a form or a size of external force. In addition, since the blocking plates are installed to be lifted and lowered on the side walls of the offshore structure and a cylinder lifting and lowering the blocking plates by a roller guiding at least one surface of the blocking plates or by hydraulic pressure, whereby lifting and lowering of the blocking plates can be simply implemented. |
