Disclosed is a control method of an electronic device playing an animation image. According to the present invention, the control method of the electronic device includes the following steps: obtaining a plurality of images; displaying a first image among the images; detecting designation for a first object of the first image; and playing an animation for the first object by using the images. When a certain object is designated, the electronic device can play an animation image corresponding to the object.
