A multifunctional apparatus for oral and skin care in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a storage tank having a first storage space for storing sterilized water and a second storage space for storing contaminated water; a control unit outputting an oral care control signal or a skin care control signal according to one chosen between an oral care mode and a skin care mode; an oral care unit forming a first transfer channel wherein the sterilized water stored in the first storage space passes if the oral care mode is chosen; a skin care unit forming a second transfer channel, wherein the sterilized water stored in the first storage space passes if the skin care mode is chosen, and a third transfer channel for transferring the contaminated water, which is generated after the sterilized water comes in contact with the skin, to the second storage space; and a nozzle unit spraying the sterilized water transferred from the first transfer channel toward the teeth of a user if the oral care mode is chosen, or spraying the sterilized water transferred from the second transfer channel toward the skin of a user and collecting the contaminated water to the third transfer channel if the skin care mode is chosen.
