Disclosed is a card connector which easily mounts and separates a card and reduces the entire size and restriction of a space. The card connector is configured to include a shell housing having a plurality of connection terminals therein; a tray having a card mounted thereon, formed to be inserted into the shell housing, and formed to electrically connect the card to the connection terminals in the shell housing; and a separation member formed as a separate member from the tray and mechanically coupled to the tray to separate the tray from the shell housing.
