The present invention relates to a center fascia panel installed on a front surface between a driver′s seat and a passenger seat. More particularly, the present invention relates to a touch-screen type center fascia panel for a car, which can enhance the durability of a center fascia due to the protection of a center fascia panel by integrally bonding a display panel of the center fascia to a protection panel, and can be conveniently operated by the detection of a user′s fingers without checking a button while the user drives a car by forming a detection unit on a surface of the protection panel so as to correspond to a touch unit of the center fascia, and to a method of manufacturing the same.
