PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a simple structure utilizing tidal current to generate electric power positively under its durability, further inspection, repairing and cleaning works for a power generator to be carried out safely, electrical power to be transmitted to a rotary body side, and an angular braking of a pressure receiving plate of the rotary body to be accurately and positively controlled by electrical power.SOLUTION: An installation base 1 is fixed in sea with buoyancy of the installation base 1 and an anchor, an attachment frame 5 is attached to an outer circumference of the installation base 1 through an annular fixing guide frame 2 and a rotary body 3 in such a way that the frame may be turned around, three pressure receiving plates 6 are oscillatably pivoted at a lateral frame 5a of the attachment frame 5, stopper fixing members 8 adjacent to the pressure receiving plates are attached at a right angle to the lateral frame 5a, both upper fixing stopper 7e and a rotation stopper 7a are arranged at each of the stopper fixing members 8, they are applied to cause an alternating electrical power to be transmitted to the rotary body 3 through a primary coil Lat an outer circumference of the installation base 1 and a secondary coil Lat the rotary body side, and an electric cylinder 71e is operated under application of the AC electrical power to cause the rotation stopper 7a to be changed over between a longitudinal direction and a right angle direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
