PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating piston type compressor having a non-circular type piston, for preventing the wear on the inner peripheral face of the piston and also preventing the seizure of a sliding part resulting from the residence of oil in a fine clearance.SOLUTION: In the end face of a piston (60), recessed portions (72, 82) are formed which expand from the inner peripheral face of the piston (60) to predetermined positions. A compressor (10) includes a metal member (59) which is formed in an annular shape having a greater axial length than the inner peripheral face of the piston (60) and fixed inside the piston (60), and to which a crank shaft (32) is internally fitted so that the outer peripheral face of the crank shaft (32) has slide contact therewith. A driving shaft (30) has an oil supply mechanism (34) for supplying lubricating oil to a fine clearance (S) between the crank shaft (32) and the metal member (59). In opposite faces (52d, 53b) of head members (52, 53), oil grooves (71, 81) are formed to communicate the fine clearance (S) with the recessed portions (72, 82), respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
