The present invention relates to a fordable food pressing apparatus capable of drawing in and out even into food storage containers having different vertical diameters or measurements, and pressing a food solid stored in the food storage container to be submerged under a liquid (for example, soup, alcohol, fermented sugar, or the like) so as to prevent the surface dryness of the food solid or the deterioration of taste or the like. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fordable food pressing apparatus comprises: a plurality of pressing plates including a plurality of liquid passing holes for allowing a liquid to pass in a food storage container so as to press a food solid to be submerged under the liquid; a pressing plate mounting member mounted to stack a plurality of pressing plates; a spacer interposed between a plurality of pressing plates; a circular cover arranged in an upper layer while a plurality of pressing plates are mounted by interposing the spacer in the pressing plate mounting member; and a screw rod combined with the pressing plate mounting member on which a plurality of pressing plates are mounted. second-N^th pressing plates in upper sides based on a first pressing plate which is the lowest among a plurality of pressing plates form to be fordable so as to form a circle and horizontally turn around.
