PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce erroneous operation of an opening and closing body when operating the opening and closing body by detection of a visual line of a user.SOLUTION: An automatic opening and closing system for an opening and closing body includes an electronic key authentication and position detection device 11 for detecting that a user U carrying an electronic key EK exists in the vicinity of a slide door D, a visual line detection device 12 for detecting a visual line of the user U when the user U is detected by the electronic key authentication and position detection device 11, a first visual line determination section 15a for determining whether the visual line is in a first region 20a of the slide door D or not, a second visual line determination section 15b for determining whether the visual line is in a second region 20b separated from the first region 20a in a visual line movement direction or not, and an opening and closing drive device 19 of the opening and closing body for operating the slide door D when it is determined that the visual line is in the second region 20b by the second visual line determination section 15b after it is determined that the visual line is in the first region 20a by the first visual line determination section 15a. |
