摘要 An alloy structure of any shape and size is provided that has a high uniformity of elemental composition and mechanical strength distribution, and has excellent high temperature strength and corrosion resistance. This alloy structure is characterized by containing Al, Co, Cr, Fe and Ni in an atomic concentration of 5-30at% each, by the difference in atomic concentration of at least four of the aforementioned elements being less than 3at%, by the host crystal being a columnar crystal that is a solid solution of the aforementioned five elements, and by containing, as unavoidable impurities, an atomic concentration of less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of P, less than or equal to 0.040 wt% of Si, less than or equal to 0.002 wt% of S, less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of Sn, less than or equal to 0.002 wt% of Sb, less than or equal to 0.005 wt% of As, less than or equal to 0.050 wt% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.001 wt% of O, and less than or equal to 0.002 wt% of N.
