PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage device for an oil storage facility capable of simplifying drainage work by patrol.SOLUTION: By using a drainage device 100 for an oil storage facility, rainwater which is pooled within a dike 2 by rainfall is always drained through a drain pipe 3 and the drainage device 100, thereby performing drainage to make the dike 2 empty. In the case where an oil is leaked into the dike 2 by occurrence of an oil leakage accident in an oil tank 1, an oil suction agent 20 which is expanded by sucking the oil flowing into a device body 10 of the drainage device 100, closes a channel within the device body 10. Therefore, the oil is dammed back by the drainage device 100 and the oil is prevented from flowing out of the dike 2. Namely, by using the drainage device 100, rainwater is prevented from being pooled in the dike 2 of an oil storage facility P and in the case where the oil leakage accident occurs in the oil tank 1, the oil can be prevented from flowing out of the dike 2, such that the drainage work of the dike 2 by the patrol can be simplified. |
