<p>There is provided a computer-implemented method for enabling a reduced playback of video from video data recorded during a period of time. The method comprises receiving sensor data, the sensor data comprising a record of sensor readings during the period of time; analysing the sensor data to identify at least one predetermined characteristic, the or each predetermined characteristic being contained in a respective subset of the sensor data corresponding to a respective sub-period of time within the period of time; and recording time data associated with the or each respective sub-period of time, the time data being useable to enable the reduced playback of video from the video data recorded during the period of time, the reduced playback of video corresponding to the or each respective sub-period of time.</p> |
