A notification service system may include: a sensing device installed at group residential facilities and for sensing a mobile device located in preset distance; and a control device connected to the sensing device for communication, for storing user information of the group residential facilities and transmitting notification information concerning a user corresponding to the mobile device sensed by the sensing device to the mobile device by using the user information. The notification service system may transmit the notification information such as parcel arrival, etc to the mobile device of the user when the user of the group residential facilities enters and exits the facilities, and thus the user may receive easily the parcel without inconvenience such as inquiring the parcel arrival to a guard, etc. |
