Device for the exchange of thermal energy between a first medium flow (15) and a second medium flow (16), comprising a heat exchanger (2), a first supply duct (3) for the conduction of the first medium flow connecting to the heat exchanger, a first exhaust duct (4), for the conduction of the first medium flow connecting to the first exhaust duct, a second supply duct (5) for the conduction of a second medium flow (16) connecting to the heat exchanger, and a second exhaust duct (6) for the conduction of the second medium flow (16) connecting to the heat exchanger, just as a first heat exchanger element (7) placed in one of the ducts, a second heat exchanger element (8) placed in one of the ducts, whereby the heat exchanger element are both included in a Carnot circuit that is further provided with an expansion device (11) and a compressor (10) , and whereby the heat exchanger is set for exchange of both thermal energy and phase transition energy. |
