The present invention relates to an elevation control method using an elevation control system of a desk and a chair. The elevation control system for the desk and the chair comprises: a lower frame; an upper frame; a body part; an elastic medium; a fixing pin; and a fixation release means. The lower frame includes an elevation height support hole. The upper frame crosses the elevation height support hole when the upper frame is elevated and includes a plurality of elevation height control holes positioned in an elevation direction and having a size corresponding to the elevation height support hole. The body part is coupled to the lower frame and has an elevation height fixing hole formed in a size corresponding to the elevation height support hole on an edge part and an elevation height fixing hole having a protrusion inside. The fixing pin is inserted into the elastic medium and has one end supported by the elastic medium and the other end appearing to and disappearing from inside of the elevation height control hole through the elevation height support hole when the elastic medium is contracted and expanded. The fixation separation means is rotatably coupled to the edge part of the body part and compresses or releases the fixing pin while rotating. According to the present invention, the elevation control system for the desk and the chair is configured to control the elevation height of the desk, the chair or the like in an easy and rapid manner. |
