The present invention relates to an apparatus for purifying an exhaust gas of a ship, which can improve sulfur oxides removal efficiency and does not require an additional facility to manufacture a scrubbing solution by applying electrolyzed water generated in a ship ballast water processing apparatus as the scrubbing solution of a wet scrubber. The apparatus for purifying the exhaust gas of the ship according to the present invention includes: a scrubber which removes nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides included in an engine exhaust gas through reduction reaction or oxidation reaction by making the engine exhaust gas come in contact with the scrubbing solution; a ballast water processing apparatus which comprises a pipe where seawater, electrolytic water and the ballast water mixed with the seawater and the electrolytic water flow; and a scrubbing solution supply pipe which has one end connected to the ballast water processing apparatus, and has the other end connected to the scrubber, and supplies one among the seawater, the electrolytic water and the ballast water mixed with the seawater and the electrolytic water of the ballast water processing apparatus as the scrubbing solution of the scrubber.
