The present invention relates to a complex spherical ceramic having high heat dissipation properties, and a producing method thereof. The complex spherical ceramic having high heat dissipation properties according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: spherical alumina; and hexagonal boron-nitride coated on a surface of the spherical alumina. According to the present invention, heat conductivity is maximized by coating the hexagonal boron-nitride having high heat conductivity on the spherical alumina having high heat conductivity.
