PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device and method for overcoming drawbacks of an existing pedicle screw and a corresponding spine stabilization method, and to provide a profile body for use in reinforcement when an implant is locked to a hard tissue and/or a hard tissue replacement material.SOLUTION: A profile body 81 is used for a reinforcement step in a method for locking an implant to a hard tissue and/or a hard tissue replacement material 31, where the implant includes an intraosseous region including an intraosseous region profile. The profile body 81 has a profile, and a cross section of the profile thereof matches a cross section of the intraosseous region profile of the implant. The profile body 81 further includes: a longitudinal bore reaching a distal direction from a proximal end of a cover element; and at least one porus 14 at a peripheral wall of the longitudinal bore 13.
