Some derivatives of decitabine exhibit superior chemical stability and shelf life, with similar physiological activity. Methods of treating one or more myelodysplasia syndromes, cancers, haematological disorders, or diseases associated with abnormal haemoglobin synthesis using the combinations are described. |
