PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide product accompanying bundle information, the product accompanying bundle information being capable of providing, at the same time with delivery of the product to a customer, many pieces of timely and dense information, which include any information corresponding to a features of the customer, and product-related information desired by the customer, as images, or moving pictures and voice, the information being supplied as a system that is capable of exchanging information bi-directionally.SOLUTION: The customer added value information provision system using the augmented reality (AR) of the present invention is configured in such a manner that: a user such as a merchandise customer reads, by using an information terminal apparatus and the like, first identification information that is attached on a product, or on an outer package or a packaging box of the product to thereby read second information by an information acquisition mechanism via an internet and the like; and product accompanying information such as an assembly method and a safety use method of the product is provided to the merchandise customer and the like for example as the second information. |
