The present invention relates to a freezer capable of cooling a cooling target object to be in a supercooled state. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the freezer for maintaining a supercooled state comprises: a cooling main body; a cooling space part; a circulation fan; a supply duct; and a cooling plate. The cooling main body has a door installed thereon to allow the cooling target object to be introduced into or be discharged from the inner reception space of the freezer. The cooling space part includes an evaporator positioned on the upper part of the reception space to cool air in the reception space. The circulation fan is installed on the cooling space part to circulate the cool air. The supply duct guides the cool air generated in the evaporator from a cooling generation part to a lower part of the reception space. The cooling plate has a plurality of cool air circulating paths installed in the reception space in such a manner that the cool air circulating paths are extended in the direction of the door and are spaced in a vertical direction and connected to the supply duct not to allow the cool air supplied from the supply duct to be discharged to the cooling target object in the reception space. Also, the cooling plate performs heat exchange with the air in the reception space to cool the air in the reception space and cools the cooling target object by the air cooled through the heat exchange. Accordingly, the cooling target object is indirectly cooled to improve cooling efficiency, and all cooling target objects can be uniformly cooled regardless of their position in the reception space, thereby increasing cooling efficiency and reducing consumption of energy. |
