PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing/cutting device having a simple mechanism, the device that enables "securing a grasp allowance simultaneously with cutting" for performing the paper drawing/cutting sanitarily and easily.SOLUTION: A drawing/cutting device includes a movable substrate in which one end is turnably supported, a turning rod (turning means) for changing the outflow direction of paper into the other end is provided, and a lid-like shape to cover a roll is formed. A cutting plate with one end being a stopper and the other end being a cutter is provided in the center front of the movable substrate, and the cutter and the turning rod are disposed closely and substantially in parallel, and are pivoted turnably. The device includes retrograde resistance means in which the movable substrate is made to be hard to move in the paper cutting. When the paper is coiled around the cutter and pulled up to turn the cutting plate, the interval between the turning rod and the cutter is increased, and thereby the cutting plate stops in a certain interval. The cutting is easy in the stopped state, and a paper end serving as a next grasp allowance is exposed simultaneously with the cutting. The device is sanitary and easy to use, and has a simple structure. |
