PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following the problem: a structure of a cooling plate may be destroyed by cubical expansion associated with melting of a heat storage material, when a rise in temperature is suppressed by encapsulating the heat storage material in the cooling plate and making use of latent heat.SOLUTION: A gas phase part and an internal pressure adjustment part communicating with the gas phase part are provided within a cooling plate so that a heat storage material expanded by being melted can be moved to the gas phase part. An internal pressure adjustment part is provided with a plurality of holes, and a material, which allows gas transmission and does not allow transmission of the heat storage material, is stuck on the hole. This prevents the cooling plate from being destroyed by cubical expansion associated with melting of the heat storage material. |
