摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce irregularities in generated torque among cylinders of an engine.SOLUTION: An engine control unit comprises: heat generation gravity center calculation means 23 for detecting a heat generation gravity center G of combustion in each of a plurality of cylinders of an engine; and combustion control means 24 for comparing the heat generation gravity centers G of the respective cylinders calculated by the heat generation gravity center calculation means 23, and correcting fuel injection so that the heat generation gravity centers G are close to one another. The fuel injection is corrected by advancing or retarding fuel injection timing per cylinder, and the combustion control means 24 corrects the fuel injection so as to make the heat generation gravity center G of each cylinder closer to a preset heat generation gravity center reference value G. The heat generation gravity center calculation means 23 calculates the heat generation gravity center G in each cylinder on the basis of a numerical value of a combustion pressure sensor 34 provided in each cylinder or on the basis of a rotation angular velocity of the crankshaft C.
