Disclosed are a display panel, and a display device. The display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, and an electrode layer. The electrode layer is disposed on the first substrate, faces the second substrate, and also, includes a plurality of branch electrodes. The branch electrodes are disposed in one direction, and also, are spaced apart from each other by a first distance (T). When light passes through the branch electrodes, illuminance distribution consisting of a plurality of bright textures and dark textures is generated. The center of two adjacent bright textures is separated by a second distance (K), and the K and T satisfy an equation. In the equation, 1<=T<=10, and also, T and K are a micrometer unit. |
