FORMING APPARATUS USING INDUCTION HARDENING AND HOT STAMPING

The objective of the present invention is to provide a forming apparatus using induction hardening and hot stamping which improves productivity by specifically reducing a heating time since being able to easily be manufactured with a simple structure because the blanking material is heated at a desired temperature within a short time, and is then processed by hot stamping using an induction hardening apparatus as a heating unit to heat the blanking material. More specifically, an another objective of the present invention is to provide the forming apparatus using induction hardening and hot stamping which improves productivity as reducing a total size by being able to perform heat treatment on a place requiring heat treatment, by constituting the induction hardening apparatus to be able to heat locally a part of an entire surface or the surface as to the blanking material for heat treatment. Moreover, an another objective of the present invention is to provide the forming apparatus using induction hardening and hot stamping, which heats a desired spot of the blanking material with one induction hardening apparatus, by constituting one induction hardening apparatus to be able to heat locally the entire surface of the blanking material and a part thereof or the blanking material through one induction hardening apparatus.
