PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power reception and transformation system which can prevent an incorrect operation.SOLUTION: The power reception and transformation system distributes power to each area in a building through a plurality of facility apparatuses. The power reception and transformation system includes an acquisition unit, an operation unit, a calculation unit, a generation unit, and a presentation unit. The acquisition unit acquires each contact point information of the facility apparatuses. The operation unit accepts a blackout request of a designated area in the building. The calculation unit calculates a control procedure of the facility apparatuses to suspend power supply to the designated area according to the blackout request. The generation unit generates blackout guidance information which indicates the operation content of the facility apparatuses according to the control procedure, on the basis of the acquired contact point information. The presentation unit presents the blackout guidance information to a user. |
