According to an embodiment of the present invention, a mobile terminal includes an elevator safety management program. The program, which is executed by the mobile terminal, includes: a function of receiving elevator information, building information regarding a building having the elevator installed therein, and elevator inspection criteria including multiple inspection criteria from an external server apparatus; a function of receiving the elevator inspection result regarding the received elevator inspection criteria as an input; and a function of displaying the input elevator inspection result on the screen of the mobile terminal.
