The present invention relates to a mixing device for dairy products, comprising two-way high-speed distribution line. The mixing device of the present invention allows at least one powdered raw dairy product to be uniformly mixed while rapidly distributing the mixed raw materials at high speed into a distribution pipe which is the two-way pipe line branched pipe line form. Thus, basic product yield doubles. In addition, in the two-way high-speed distribution system, rotary valves for acceleration of distribution and discharge in the line are respectively formed, allowing the mixed raw materials which are being transported to be distributed at high speed owing to self-weight (or gravity) and pressurized centrifugal force. A striker for preventing adhesion of the powdered raw material is formed in a hopper (storage hopper), thereby preventing aggregation and stagnation of the raw material so as to accelerate rapid transfer. Thus, productivity in mixing is maximized. |
