The present invention provides a light emitting structure of an LED which can be applied to a rear surface light source. The white light of a rear light module is arranged to standard light D65 in the CIE1931 chromaticity coordinate system in order to be installed on a display module and be included in an operation later. According to the main technical means of the present invention, a doping ratio of a red phosphor and a yellow phosphor is controlled to be within a range of 2.33-1:1 by using the red phosphor excited with red light, yellow phosphor excited with yellow light, and a blue light emitting diode chip. Accordingly, the original LED white light is arranged on the CIE1931 chromaticity coordinate system in a range surrounded by the following formula: ccy<=1.8*ccx - 0.12, ccy>=1.8 * ccx - 0.336, ccy<=0.33, and ccy>=0.15. The red phosphor used in the present invention does not start an absorption conversion reaction with yellow light in order to reduce the brightness loss of the yellow light after the yellow phosphor is exited and enable higher national television system committee (NTSC) effects and light emitting efficiently of the LED in combination with any color filter in a related range. |
